hybrid backpacks @ JULIAN ZIGERLI AW 2012

Found via trendland.net, Julian Zigerli‘s hybrid backpacks – from his AW 2012 collection titled ‘To Infinity And Beyond’ – are both modern and very functional. Ideal for camping or hiking for the fashion-conscious bunch.

plenty of white + chunky belts @ 3.1 PHILLIP LIM menswear a/w 2012

3.1 Phillip Lim opted for white (mainly) for his latest (a/w 2012) menswear collection, from white asymmetrical tops, trousers, coats, sleeveless blazers and even shoe laces. Fantastic to wear on a day out but not very practical, especially in London.

aggressive looks, a bit of campness and whimsical prints @ THOM BROWNE a/w 2012

Aggressive and goth-like American sportsmen along with slightly camp-coloured pieces, complete with whimsical prints. Experimental and highly stylised with a sense of humour, Thom Browne‘s a/w 2012 collection also consists of long skirts, mid-riff baring tops, exaggerated shoulders and cropped trousers.

backstage photos @ EMPORIO ARMANI menswear A/W 2012

Great backstage shots from Emporio Armani menswear autumn/winter 2012 via designscene.net. Some of the looks remind me of Dior Homme autumn/winter 2011.

monochromatic looks @ DRIES VAN NOTEN menswear A/W 2012

Apart from the fantastic looks that were minimal and monochromatic, which I love and could easily wear, I totally love how Dries Van Noten fused art and fashion through his menswear a/w 2012 runway – by commissioning artists to paint a mural on the runway’s backdrop. I also adore the ‘floral-galactic prints.’
