The baseball caps and the boxy tops layered over the shirts in Qasimi‘s autumn/winter 2012 collection gives the collection a boyish and slightly urban look. Soft and transparent plaid shirts are juxtaposed with the heaviness of the floor-skimming skirts, which create great balance. The ultra-long skirts does not threaten its masculine look, making the skirt a more acceptable piece of garment for men.

First discovered from a friend and found at thisheartsonfire.com, Thamanyah‘s autumn/winter 2012 collection includes super long and lean man-skirts, sleeveless jackets and long tunic/man-dress and creatively tailored coat/cape.
Highly stylised and rather mysterious, A.F. Vandevorst autumn/winter 2012 collection includes chunky scarves and oversized hats concealing the models faces, resembling Griffin from H.G. Wells ‘The Invisible Man’. The collection also includes super long and oversized outerwear mainly in dark colour palette of black and grey.

I love Shaun Samson‘s oversized long tunics from his AW 2011-12 collection (via trendland.com). Minimal and very wearable.
